Most cancer charities can't tell you where your money goes. We name the scientist, the institution, the TRL level, and the cancer type. Every grant. Every dollar.

Fund Research
Your donation goes directly to TRL 3–5 research at verified institutions. 85 cents of every dollar. Tracked to the grant.
Corporate Partnership
We're always looking for corporates to collaborate with us and sponsor health and education. Align your brand with verifiable science — named researcher, named institution, named TRL level. You can also learn more through our CSR event partner Pink Ladies Games.

UAE National Cancer Registry 2023 · IARC/WHO
More than 1 in 3 invasive cancers diagnosed in women in the UAE is breast cancer.
0
New invasive breast cancer cases among women in 2023 — the UAE National Cancer Registry.
0.0%
Of all invasive cancers diagnosed in women — breast cancer is the number-one cancer among UAE women.
0.0
Age-standardised incidence rate per 100,000 women — cases begin in the 20–24 age group and rise with age.
#1
Cause of female cancer death in the UAE, alongside cervical, uterine and ovarian cancers that benefit from prevention and early detection.
PinkRibbon United Arab Emirates builds on the UAE's healthcare infrastructure to mobilise communities, corporates and healthcare professionals around one objective: reducing preventable female cancer burden and catching cancers earlier, when outcomes are substantially better.
Yet recent UAE research found that 68% of women surveyed rarely or never had a mammogram — our flagship campaign, From Awareness to Action, closes the gap between knowing and doing.

Scope
Breast Cancer and other Female Cancers
We fund research across all female gender-related cancers: gynaecological cancers that only affect women, plus breast cancer.
Tile colour reflects research attention and funding. Deepest pinks mark the cancers most commonly discussed — lightest pinks highlight the rare and under-researched ones that receive far less support.
Most common
Breast
The most commonly diagnosed cancer in women worldwide. Well-funded relative to other female cancers — but survival gaps persist across geographies and subtypes.
Scale
2.3M new cases / year globally
Financial Architecture
Built to be lean.
Not aspirational.
85 cents of every dollar funds research. 15 cents runs the entire operation. This isn't a target. It's a constraint encoded in our bylaws.
Radical Transparency
We publish everything.
Every grant. Every dollar. Every result. Our open books are coming — full financial transparency so you can verify exactly where your money went. No charities hiding behind "overhead ratios." Just the numbers.

The TRL Ladder
Where your dollar meets the science.
Every research project sits somewhere on the Technology Readiness Level scale. Hover or tap a stage to see what it means — and why TRL 3–5 is the gap we fund.
TRL 3 · Why this gap kills breakthroughs
Proof of concept
The science works in the lab. Needs validation in relevant biological systems.
TRL 3–5 is where discoveries have proven their concept but can't attract pharmaceutical investment. A BRCA marker identified at Queen's Belfast. A detection method validated at MD Anderson. Without bridge funding, this science simply stalls. We make sure it doesn't.
